At Falconfly Digital Marketing, we strive to deliver quality-driven results and client satisfaction through our digital services. However, due to the nature of our work — which involves strategy, planning, and immediate resource allocation — we follow a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refunds After Payment
Once payment has been made for any of our services (including SEO, website design, Google Ads, social media marketing, or any other digital marketing solutions), no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances.
2. Service Confirmation
Clients are encouraged to review all service details, timelines, and deliverables before making any payment. If you have questions or require clarifications, we’re happy to assist prior to confirming the order.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a project before it has started, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of payment. Depending on the situation and whether any work has begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once work has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
Double payment due to a system error
Service purchased by mistake and cancellation requested within 24 hours (and before any work begins)
